With art work representing the 7 chakras and the sacred geometry, this will be an evening of exploration and explanation of this imagery. The 7 chakras in the body are distinct energy centers that start at the base of your spine and travel up to the top of your head or your crown. Create your piece with your choices of color and all material provided and local artist Lisa Cabrera will assist you with that process. (Lisa's sample to be posted soon).
An energetic cleansing will be offered to those of you who wish to partake by Nina Gomez (in English or Spanish) who is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Spiritual Hypnotherapist, Rieki Master/Instructor and Shamanic Healer/Practitioner. A cleansing is a simple process of removing negative energy and replacing it with positive energy focused on an intended outcome. Nina, part owner of local shop Pranamama, will be hanging around all night and be able to answer any questions you have about spiritual topics. She will specifically explain what the chakras are, how they work and what they influence; they regulate all parts of your bodily system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resistance to disease.
